When and where
The Trade Fair will run throughout the Conference, beginning on Friday night at the official opening and ending just after lunch on Sunday afternoon. The supplied tables will be conveniently situated in the AUT foyer outside the presentation venues.

What

Whether it's leather, paper, tools, books, book cloth, calligraphy items, printing supplies or anything else associated with the book, you are welcome to join.
Please note, this is a Trade Fair rather than a swap meet.
* AUT will provide 1.8m x .76m trestle tables.* You supply cloths and anything else needed to set up your display.* Power is available around the foyer area. * AUT's H&S policy identifies possible risks associated with selling and storage of inflammable/dangerous goods. Any items like this need to be notified in advance. Cost: * Sponsors, presenters and delegates receive a free trade table.* ABC members who are not delegates receive a free trade table.* Independent suppliers and non ABC members pay $25 per table. * Extra tables are $25 each (regardless of whether or not your initial table is free). * Optional catered lunches and refreshments for non-delegates, including staff members on trade tables, are available for $75/day. Alternatively, there is a cafe on site for those who would prefer this option.* You are invited to join those coming to the Saturday night dinner and auction at a cost of $90 per head.
If you are interested in participating in the Trade Fair please complete the form. Once this is received, along with any relevant payments, we will confirm your application. Please complete ALL the fields with the * If the form doesn't submit, please review it for incomplete mandatory sections. They will have an error in RED saying this field is required. Complete then resubmit.
