Annual General Meeting for the financial year April 2025 - March 2026
Special guest at the AGM Join with Marion Manson of Hamilton who creates piano hinge sculptural works from vintage books. In her talk Don’t Ask Me How Long It Took she will share stories from her creative journey, explore her innovative paper structures and reflect on the value of mentors, creative communities and giving back to the arts. We have booked the room in Cropper House at MOTAT for the AGM. ABC members who cannot make it to the meeting in person will be able to join us via Zoom. You will need to register before the AGM. We appreciate that not everyone can be with us at the AGM. You can still have a say via a ‘proxy’ who can also vote according to your instructions. To do this you will need to complete a Nomination form as authorisation, or alternatively, vote in writing using the Postal Voting form. If you are planning to post the forms, please allow sufficient time for them to arrive by Tuesday 26 May. Alternatively you can scan and email your forms to Chris Stewart at treasurer@abc-nz.org.nz If you have asked someone to be your ‘proxy’ at the AGM, they may bring your signed form with them on the day.
